Kelly Y. Forrest is the Chair of the Estate and Trust Administration Department of the Millman Law Group, PLLC. After many years of practicing with a large estate planning firm in South Florida, Kelly joined the Millman Law Group in 2022 with a commitment to client service and satisfaction.
As Chair of the Estate and Trust Administration Department, Kelly oversees the administration of estates and assists clients navigating the often-complicated probate and trust administration process. In addition to the administration of estates and trusts, Kelly focuses her practice on the planning of estates and trusts, and estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxation. Kelly guides her clients through Florida domicile planning and retirement planning, including strategies to reduce taxes and provide for future generations.
Kelly received her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Florida and her legal degree from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Kelly was the President of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Association, Chief Ambassador of the Stetson Ambassador Program, a member of the regional championship Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, and the recipient of numerous accolades for her legal efforts throughout the community, including the Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund Award and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Awards. She is admitted to the Florida Bar.
